I first met Raizza when she worked for the Orlando Magic organization. I was instantly impressed by her spirit of service and sacrifice that she exhibited towards others. She is driven by a deep sense of purpose to make the world better by lifting up others. She loves her community and is not afraid to roll up her sleeves to create positive change. Raizza is intelligent, organized, insightful, and perceptive, and has the ability to be a deep thought partner that can transform ideas into action.
