HOLIDAY SHOPPING SPREE
Every season the Orlando Magic and Pepsi team up during the Christmas holiday to bring 100 children to a holiday shopping spree at a local Walmart. We partner with 3 local Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida for this event. Each youth receives a gift card worth at least $100 to make their Christmas wish come true!

CONTRIBUTION
Planned the logistics of the event with our partners Pepsi and Walmart
Coordinated and scheduled 60+ volunteers for the event
Scheduled buses for pick-up and drop-off at each of the 3 branches
Partnered with legal for photo/waiver release forms for the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida
Collaborated internal departments to secure Orlando Magic players, Orlando Magic Dancers, and Mascot appearances
Managed and lead staff on roles and responsibilities for event execution

Having the opportunity to witness the children excited to buy gifts not only from their wish list but also buying gifts for their family members
Seeing the players, our Community Ambassadors, our team, and Pepsi’s staff members interacting and making lifetime memories with the children
