Supports the production team across various stages assisting with set preparation and organization – arranging equipment, props, and materials. Coordinating logistics such as transportation and scheduling. Managing communication between departments. Running errands and ensuring all crew members have what they need. Supporting talent and production crew with any on-set requirements. Helping with paperwork, including contracts, waivers, and other legal documents.
