U.S. OLYMPIC TEAM TRIALS: 2024 – MARATHON

On February 3, 2024, the nation’s top male and female runners competed on a flat, fast course through downtown Orlando and its surrounding neighborhoods. The event, organized in collaboration with Track Shack Events, USA Track & Field, and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, was broadcasted live on NBC and Peacock. With a welcoming community and ideal conditions for elite athletes to perform at their best, Orlando was the epicenter of Olympic dreams as runners strive for a coveted spot on Team USA.

MY ROLE FOR THE EVENT

Oversaw the athlete concierge program, delivering exceptional service to 300+ athletes through pre-arrival assistance, race-day logistics, and post-event coordination

Managed a team of volunteers responsible for athlete accommodations, local experiences and communications, maintaining a 98% satisfaction rate

Oversaw inventory and distribution of credentials and apparel for athletes, staff, volunteers, and vendors, tracking over 2,000 items
